Parical 2mcg Capsule  is a selective VDRA designed to control PTH levels effectively while having minimal influence on calcium and phosphorus balance.

Parical Capsules are recommended for the management and prevention of secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) in patients with CKD stages 3 and 4, as well as stage 5 patients receiving hemodialysis (HD) or peritoneal dialysis (PD).

Dosage for CKD Patients:

The usual dose of Parical is 1 mcg to 2 mcg daily, or 2 mcg to 4 mcg administered every other day, depending on the patient’s condition.

Dosage for Dialysis Patients:

For patients undergoing dialysis, Parical Capsules should be taken orally three times a week, and not more frequently than every other day. The dose can be determined using the following formula:
