Terms and Conditions

  1. Returns are only accepted for items that are sealed and in complete strips or boxes, accompanied by the original receipt.
  2. Damaged, broken, opened, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  3. Insulins, vaccines, and other temperature-sensitive (refrigerated) items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. 
  4. Customers are advised to check all items at the time of delivery. 
  5. No claims will be entertained once the delivery has been accepted. 
  6. For home delivery orders, returns and refunds will be handled exclusively via our home delivery service. Returns/Refunds at physical outlets are not accepted. 
  7. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days in accordance with our policy to yours Provided Bank Account.
