- Returns are only accepted for items that are sealed and in complete strips or boxes, accompanied by the original receipt.
- Damaged, broken, opened, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Insulins, vaccines, and other temperature-sensitive (refrigerated) items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Customers are advised to check all items at the time of delivery.
- No claims will be entertained once the delivery has been accepted.
- For home delivery orders, returns and refunds will be handled exclusively via our home delivery service. Returns/Refunds at physical outlets are not accepted.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days in accordance with our policy to yours Provided Bank Account.
