Refund Policy

Please note that the refund will be processed in a systematic manner to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

Once the stock is received, our Accounts Department will initiate a thorough clearance process to verify the details and reconcile the necessary records. This step is essential to maintain accurate financial documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Following successful clearance from the Accounts Department, we will promptly disburse the refund amount. To facilitate the process, you will have the option to choose between two refund methods: transfer or cash.

If you prefer a transfer, kindly provide us with your preferred bank account details, including the account holder’s name, bank name, branch, and account number. We will process the refund through a secure electronic transfer to your designated account.

Alternatively, if you opt for a cash refund, we kindly request you to visit our office during business hours to collect the refund amount. Our friendly staff will be available to assist you and ensure a hassle-free cash disbursement process.

Please note that we prioritize accuracy and efficiency in handling refund disbursements, which may require a reasonable processing time i.e. 7-14 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

Return Policy

• Products can be exchanged or returned.
• According to the company’s policy all products are eligible for return however damaged or partially consumed products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• If one pack or one strip is bought, either of them can be returned however loose items won’t be accepted (e.g. capsules, tablets, injections, etc)

Note: Customers ordering outside of the city can return products through courier services however refund will only be done online after receiving the returned products.
