How It Works:

Dapagliflozin helps lower blood sugar by removing excess glucose through urine and may also support heart and kidney function in diabetic patients.

Dosage:

• Usually 5–10 mg once daily, with or without food

• Take at the same time each day

• Dose adjustment may be required in kidney impairment or as advised by your doctor

Common Side Effects:

Urinary tract infections, increased urination, thirst, nausea, dizziness, mild low blood pressure.

Drug Interactions:
