How It Works:

Travoprost lowers intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor from the eye, helping prevent optic nerve damage and potential vision loss.

Dosage:

• Usually 1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening

• Administer as directed by your ophthalmologist

• Wash hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip

Common Side Effects:

Eye redness, itching, burning sensation, blurred vision, eyelash growth, darkening of the iris or eyelids.

Drug Interactions:

Other eye drops, certain glaucoma medications, and prostaglandin analogs; inform your doctor about all eye medicines being used.

Allergic to travoprost or any component of the eye drops.

Storage:
